Our journey began over 30 years ago as a teenage college student watching a real estate
investing infomercial. Real estate seemed exciting, fun, and liberating. We purchased our first
investment property at 19 years old on contract, no money down, $150 per month. We rented
that property to a family. Years later we sold that house to another family as their first home
purchase. The rest is history and many deals later. We have been buying, remodeling, selling,
and leasing property ever since.
